I’m starting a new book project. After much deliberation, which I wrote about in this post, I decided to start working on a book on experiences of involuntary detention. How do people who sit in a psychiatric hospital construct themselves, the place where they are, their relationship with the ‘outside’. I am not yet certain whether I shall focus only on men, yet I am tempted.
