Great communicators lean forward?
I had not heard about patient-centred communication till a few days ago. My initial reaction was one of astonishment. I just about understand patient-centred care (though with some difficulty), but patient-centred communication seemed a bit strange, to be honest. Is it about language?
This post is a response to “Mind your language”, ‘a guide to language about mental health and psychological wellbeing in the media and creative arts’, written by Peter Kinderman and Anne Cooke.
